 Which issue fields are shown for support users in the Issues page Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

The columns of issue fields that are shown in the screenshot below for support users in the support center are taken from the column "Issues" in the issue field configuration, in the "General" --> "Settings" --> "Issue configuration" --> "Issue fields". Please note that for these changes to take effect, all users need to log out from the support center and then log in again.
