 Making and registering phone calls on issues  Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

On top of issues there is a call function available:  Knowledge Base Images/Issues/making_call.png When clicking this the popup below is shown:

When clicking on any of the phone numbers above the "callto:" part of the url will trigger your locally installed soft-phone/caller software to make a call to the number. Some examples of caller software are: Jitsi and Skype


After the call has been completed you can specify the call outcome, such as "Answer", and write a comment about the call



* Please note that the "Call" function on issues is only available when you activate the CTI funtion (General --> Settings --> Integrations)

** The Call Outcome drop down, will show the available Interaction statuses, read more about setting these up here
