Between 16:07 and 17:35 CET on Nov 19th there was a disruption to the VisionFlow service.  During this time the system was inaccessible.

Directly when we got alerts that our system was unreachable from the internet we contacted our network and infrastructure provider (IP-only) to fix the problem. Since this problem was related to the first problem earlier in the afternoon, IP-only was still troubleshooting this. The problem was finally identified and located to the firewall cluster and could then be fixed.

The network, systems and components that VisionFlow service is running on should be completely redundant. This means that the problem that occurred on the 19th of November should not be able to happen, yet it did. The problem in this case that the whole firewall cluster stopped working. This should not be able to happen since the firewall cluster is designed to be completely redundant. IP-only is now working on improving this to make sure it can't happen again and to make sure our services are completely redundant in the future.

We are sorry and apologize to the affected customers for the disruption.  If you have any questions related to this incident, or need any assistance from us then please contact us at or by phone on +46 771 105000.
