A user is a person that uses VisionFlow. All people that uses VisionFlow needs a unique username and password, the username normally is the email address for that person.
All system users in your account are listed in the table in the users tab in VisionFlow. System users can have different roles and user groups which gives them different access/permission in the system.
We differentiate between two main user types, normal users and support users.
Support users are light-weight users with limited access to the system. Support users are completely free, i.e. we do not charge for these. Support users are only usable if you use the "email ticket system" and/or the "support center" modules.
Normal users are the regular user type, which can use the system by logging in to VisionFlow via the URL https://www.VisionFlow.se/logon.do
