Between 16:54 and 17:36 on Wednesday 22 of January (CET/UTC+1) we had a service disruption and VisionFlow was unreachable during this time for all our customers. 


The reason for this disruption was that our infrastructure provider (IP-only) had made a configuration error after a standard change in their network which affected us and did not let any network traffic through to our servers. 


As soon as our  infrastructure provider received the first alerts from their network they started to analyse and identify the problem, and then shortly therafter fix it. 


We are very sorry and apologize for the disruptions, we are thankful for your patience.
