VisionFlow 5.0.1 was released on the 10th of May 2009

This version contains a few improvements, and some minor usability enhancements and bug fixes.

Issue management

Set current issue as sub-issue to another issue

Previously, when you wanted to add an existing issue as a sub-issue to an issue you had to open up the issue that should be the parent and then select the child-issue from a dialog. Now you can select an issue, open up the context-menu and select "Choose parent". 

Add warning that changes will not be saved if moving to "add document"

No more data losses because you forgot to save you changes before adding a document.

Ability to choose "Unassigned" for "Fix for version" in context-menu

The title says it all...



Modified date and Created date added to issue-portlets in the dashboard

You can now choose to have "Modified date" and/or "Created date"as columns  in "issue-portlets" in the Dashboard.


Knowledge base

Ability to reset ´review grade´ and ´viewed count´ on articles in the KB

The title says it all...



Added TicketId to the "Issue document"-added notification

If someone does a reply on the email that comes from a "Issue document"-added notification, it will end up as a new comment on the issue, instead of a new issue being created.

A few minor usability enhancement

Some fixes like:

  • the Company combobox wasn't sorted correctly
  • in the Search->Reporter combobox, the users wasn't grouped in "Normal users" and "Support users".

Bug fixes

Yes, a few bug fixes as well.
