This report shows the 'in progress' times for issues in the time interval
Make a selection of the fields you like to filter on:
- Issue status
- Issue type
- User group
- Work schedule
- Time interval
This will generate a plot of 'in progress' times for issues over the time interval, with a point for each matching issue. It matches issues created in the time interval that have been in a status with the 'In progress' special flag. Below comes a table showing all matching issues.
For example, if the height of the point for an issue is 4 hours, that means the issue has been in statuses with the 'in progress' flag during a total of 4 hours.
- will filter on the selections which the issues are in right now.
- matches issues created in the time interval.
- does not take issues' current status in account. Time is only counted after a status transition.
- only takes the "Special flag" setting on Issue Statuses into account and not any SLA settings.
