This report shows the initial response times for issues in the time interval
Select a project, issue type(optional), company(optional), and the time interval(with the From-To date fields), and click the OK button.
This will generate a plot of initial response times for issues over the time interval, with a point for each matching issue. Below the plot is a table showing all matching issues.
For example, if the height of the point for an issue is 4 hours, that means it took 4 hours to respond to the issue from its creation in a 'New status'.
The Initial response time is the time from the time the issue is created to one of the following:
- The issue is set to a status that has the "In progress"-flag set
- A reply to the issue creator is done
- The issue is closed
