 How come I can't see the Account settings section anymore? Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

Different users have slightly different access in the system, and some parts of the system are hidden for certain users.

For example, the Account settings section is only available to Company Administrators (Administrator role). The reason for this is that it contains information that may be sensitive, such as the invoice history, billing preferences, system users and the optional features.
