Forward information from issue history

As of version 8.1 it is possible to forward certain information from the Issue history using the E-mail ticket system. The issue history items that are possible to forward are:

  • Created
  • Replied
  • Incoming email


To forward the issue history information you click on the forward icon to the right (see screenshot).

Any attachments connected to the issue history item will automatically be preselected in the email form.
