As you know, VisionFlow is very flexible, one aspect of this means that you can change the terminology in the system. For example you can change the standard term "Issue" to "Task" or "Activity" or "Case"
This gives a bit of problem in the knowledge base, since we don't know what terminology you are using in your account.
So it might be good for you that we will use the following terminology interchangably:
- Issue - Ticket / Task / Activity / Case
- Iteration - Phase / Sprint
- Project - Workspace / Process
- Product - Service / Asset / Category / Component
