All aspects of the Knowledge Base is edited from within VisionFlow, so it requires you to be logon to the "normal" VisionFlow.


In VisionFlow the Knowledge Base looks exactly like the Support Center but you also have Add and Edit links that you can use to edit and add categories and articles. 



Add Category or Article

Go to where in the tree you want to add or edit a category and/or article.

Edit KB



Edit Article

Go to the article you want to edit and click Edit.
