 How can I link to a document? Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

Every document that has the "Support Center" flag checked have a Public URL that can be used to fetch the document from the support center.


This is very useful if you for example want to link to a document stored in VisionFlow from your own web-site, from a Forum message or from the Knowledge Base.  


To find the URL for the published document, go to the document tab in the project, and click on the link icon in the document row: Knowledge Base Images/Icons/link.gif


This opens an information dialog with the full URL that you can copy and then paste in where you need it.

Note that the document must be published, and that support users must have permission to view documents..
