By default only the issue tracking and support forums are restricted for access, as they enable users to actually submit data into your project.

However, you can very easily restrict access to all sections of the support center, and require that users register themselves before getting access.

You do this simply by marking the checkbox "Login required" at the "Support center" --> "General" tab.
