Unfortunately some of our customers using the hosted/SAAS version of VisionFlow may have had problems reaching VisionFlow for a few minutes between 13:50 -13:55 on Wednesday 3rd of June 2020.
The incident was resolved by restarting a faulty cluster node. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are investigating the root cause of the issue. We will take measures to prevent this from happening again.
