Does VisionFlow support WCAG 2.1 Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

The normal VisionFlow graphical user interface (GUI) is intended for agents, administrators and other team members, and it is not developed for persons with disabilities, such as blindness, in mind. This means that, while several of the WCAG recommendations are covered, some are not. However, the support center (portal) covers most of the WCAG recommendations since it is intended for end-users and customers.

Several of our customers are counties, municipalities and government-owned companies. They are required to take WCAG into consideration for their web sites and online services, and as far as we know they do not have any issues with using VisionFlow. We also have a new version of the user interface in the pipeline, that will be released during the year, and this will include many usability improvements but the the look and feel will also be greatly improved.
