Yesterday afternoon and evening, between approximately between 15:25 and 21:45 our infrastructure provider (IP-only) had a service disruption related to their DNS servers. We did not receive information about this problem until this morning. 

 

This problem affected some of our customers during this time since the email ticket system worked intermittently. Outgoing emails worked well, but our system could not fetch incoming emails from external mail servers as frequently as it should. This in turn may have resulted in error emails of the type "Email ticket system is failing" that you may have received. This also affected the chat and push functionality in the system that didn't work so well during this time period.  

 

We are sorry for the problem and any inconvenience caused!

 

We are still waiting on detailed incident report from our supplier and when this happens this knowledge base article will be updated with more information.
