There was a service disruption in the cloud/SAAS version version of VisionFlow between 06:41 and 08:33 on Saturday morning of June 1st 2019 (CET/UTC+1). The system was unavailable for most customers during this time.

 

The reason for the disruption was that one of our nightly maintenance jobs had stopped working for some reason and locked up the system.

 

We are very sorry for the problem and inconvenience caused you. We are now investigating the root cause of the incident and are taking measures to prevent this from happening again.
