Unfortunately there was a service disruption in the cloud/SAAS version version of VisionFlow between 08:01 and 09:11 on Saturday of May 25 2019 (CET/UTC+1).

 

This incident affected a few of our customers and the problem was solved by restarting the affected nodes in our cluster. During the time of the incident it felt like the system was stuck and it was not possible to execute functions in the system.  


We are sorry for the inconvenience and are investigating the root cause of the incident. We will take measures to prevent this from happening again.
