 2019‑05‑02 ‑ Service disruption Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

Between 22:24 and 23:12 on Thursday 2nd of May CET we had a service disruption and VisionFlow was unreachable. This affected all our customers using the hosted/SAAS version.
The problem that caused the service disruption was that multiple server nodes in our cluster got overloaded with work and had to be restarted.

The root cause of this incident has been fixed permanently.
