Unfortunately some of our customers using the hosted/SAAS version of VisionFlow have had problems saving issues/tickets. This problem due to a routine patch that unfortunately failed and affected some system configurations and a few customers.  

 

A patch in under way and the problem will be solved in a few minutes.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and are investigating the root cause together with our service provider and will take measures to prevent this from happening again.
