 2017‑11‑02 ‑ Service disruption 11:28‑11:40 Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

Between 11:28 and 11:40 (CET/UTC+1) on Thursday 2nd of November we had a service disruption in VisionFlow and the system was not accessible for some customers during this time.

 

The problem that caused the service disruption was that multiple server nodes in our cluster got overloaded with work and had to be restarted.

 

The root cause of this incident has now been found and has been fixed permanently in a patch so that it cannot happen again. 

 

We are terribly sorry and apologize for the disruption of our service, we are thankful for your patience.
