Required contact persons/key roles in your organisation which are needed for the VisionFlow team
We are happy to have you as a customer and to be able to help you and your organisation the best way, you are required to have a few key roles in place. This helps us to ensure that we know who within your organisation has the knowledge in the different areas so that we together can ensure that VisionFlow performs at its best the way your organisation needs it to.

For all customers (hosted and installed)
1. Expert User
One or several users who work in the system on regular basis, with high system knowledge.
2. Contract Manager
One person in your organization will be our main contact regarding your contract and invoices. We recommend that you have two persons with this role, so that there isn't any problems when the first person is on vacation or is otherwise unavailable.
3. Service Owner
We recommend that you have two persons in your organization that are Service Owners and also act as our main contact persons. The Service Owner is responsible for, and have the knowledge of, the configuration of your own system/account and how it is used to support the business processes and workflows in your organization. They will know the system well enough to be able to communicate with the VisionFlow support and will also be able to make configuration changes in the system when needed.

Only for installed customers
If you are running an installed/on-premise version on your own servers you also need to have the following role:
4. Operations Technician
The operations technician is the person who is responsible for the system and keeps it up and running. This person is in charge of the servers, network, installations/upgrades and who will be able to troubleshoot, investigate and analyse problems, such as Network-related issues, performance or connection to servers etc. This person should be a systems engineer and have experience administrating and maintaining technical advanced systems. He/she needs to have a basic knowledge of how VisionFlow works to be able to test basic functionality and make sure the system runs smoothly after upgrades etc.
