Between 04:10 and 06:35 on Friday 22th of September (CET/UTC+1) we had a service disruption in VisionFlow. This affected all some of our customers using the hosted/cloud version of VisionFlow.
During this time the system was accessible but data was only readable, i.e. it was not possible to create or update data in the system. During the last 15 minutes the system was unavailable and it was not possible to use it.
The root cause was due to an I/O failure on one of the system disks. This resulted in a problem where the database transaction log got full and filled up another disk. This resulted in the problem that the system was up and running, but it wasn't possible to create/change any data in it .
All problems related to this service disruption has now been solved and the system is up and running again as of 06:35.
We are terribly sorry and apologize for the disruption of our service, we are thankful for your patience.
