 2017‑06‑19 ‑ Email ticket system disruption Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

On Monday 6th of June there was a service disruption in the email ticket system for a few of our customers between 07:20 and 09:40 AM CET.

This service disruption resulted in emails not being imported properly into VisionFlow. As soon as the incident was resolved emails were imported as usual again into the system.

We are very sorry and apologize for the disruption and any inconvenience caused. We will analyze this incident in detail to find and resolve the root cause, to make sure it doesn't happens again.
