On the 31st of October VisionFlow was periodically and partially inaccessible between 10:31 and 11:19 for some of our customers. 


The reason for the disruption was that one of the server nodes in the application server cluster was overloaded and periodically did not respond to some requests from clients.  





Disruptions to our service of any kind are very unfortunate and we are very sorry that this have affected our customers and the inconvenience caused!
