On the 20th of October VisionFlow was periodically inaccessible for a few customers between 16:01 and 16:25 in the afternoon  


The reason for the disruption was that one application cluster node was under heavy load and sometimes did not respond in a proper way. 


Since it was an intermittent error that only affected some customers our maintenance team did not get a system alert for this error. As soon as we got an incident reported we started to look into it and the problem could 


Disruptions to our service of any kind are very unfortunate and we are very sorry that this have affected our customers and the inconvenience caused!
