If you want to make sure you or other users are updated on the information in the Knowledge Base simply add a subscription to any articles or categories.
To add a subscription on article or category in the Knowledge Base:
- Login to the support center
- Open the Knowledge Base
- Navigate to the category or article you want to subscribe to
- Click on the “Subscribe” link and if you want to add yourself as a subscriber and "Manage users" if you want to see and edit all subcribers on the article.
You will now receive an email if the article or category is updated.
To unsubscribe to an article or category simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link.
This functionality is great to use to notify several users of the same news.
Go to the Knowledge Base. Add subscribers to one folder. Add articles to that folder and notify users when you make changes/add articles in the folder.
