How can I initiate a new mail conversation, and keep it on an issue - in a simple way?

 

You can create a new mail by selecting the 'Send email' option in the 'new issue' menu in the Issues page.

 

What happens, is that you create a new mail through the 'reply to correspondent' function in VisionFlow, and the system creates a support issue that the mail is connected to via its ticket id number. The mail recipient might also be added as a support user in VisionFlow if he/she is not a user already.

 

(earlier, if you wanted to initiate a support mail conversation, you had to create the issue first (and sometimes the user as well), and then use the reply function. This new function simplifies this considerably.
