Show article in Knowledge Base

 Uploading images while editing a KB article Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

Look at the bottom left of the edit article page, you should see a link "Upload file".

 

Click on the link to create a dialog where you can upload a document to VisionFlow.

Make sure that the checkbox "(If enabled the document is shown in the Support Center)" is checked, otherwise the image will not show in the support center.

 

After saving, you can use the "add image" function (look for the tree icon)in the article editor to add image documents to the article content. The uploaded image should be available right away, just be sure to look in the right document folder.
